1. Open Collar Hitch
This feature is temporarily linked to the ruins. After you have your ruins in position you must edit the ruins > check edit linked at the top of the edit window > Click ctrl alt T to see invisible prims > Click on the small ball located on the metal ring ( see image link below ) and click unlink!
Now the leash hitch will show up in your collar or cuffs menu to attach to.

simply add it on and stand within 20 meters of the ruins to click on a texture and it will change.
